1923ൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച യോഹന്നാൻ അച്ചൻ രചിച്ച പുഷ്പമഞ്ജരി എന്ന കൃതിയുടെ സ്കാൻ ആണ് ഈ പോസ്റ്റിലൂടെ പങ്കു വെക്കുന്നത്.

വിശുദ്ധ കൊച്ചുത്രേസ്യ പുണ്യവതിയുടെ മഹത്തരങ്ങളായ ജീവിത തത്ത്വങ്ങളടങ്ങിയ ജീവചരിത്രകൃതിയാണ് ഈ പുസ്തകം. ഫ്രഞ്ചുകാരിയായ ഒരു കർമലീത്താ സന്യാസിനിയായിരുന്നു വിശുദ്ധ കൊച്ചു ത്രേസ്യ. 1925-ൽ പതിനൊന്നാം പീയൂസ് മാർപ്പാപ്പ കൊച്ചുത്രേസ്യയെ വിശുദ്ധയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. കത്തോലിക്ക സഭയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പുണ്യവതിയെന്നു കൊച്ചുത്രേസ്യ അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. ചെറുപുഷപം(Little flower) എന്ന പേരിലും കൊച്ചുത്രേസ്യ അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.

1961 ൽ അദ്ധ്യയനമണ്ഡലം ഗ്രന്ഥാവലി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച അജ്ഞാതനായ ഒരു ഭാരതീയ ക്രൈസ്തവസന്ന്യാസിയാൽ രചിക്കപ്പെട്ട യോഗസിദ്ധാന്തം എന്ന പുസ്തകത്തിൻ്റെ സ്കാൻ ആണ് ഈ പോസ്റ്റിലൂടെ പങ്കു വെക്കുന്നത്.

ഉദ്ദേശം 200 ബി. സിയിൽ ജീവിച്ചിരുന്ന പതജ്ഞലിയാണ് യോഗസിദ്ധാന്തത്തിൻ്റെ മൂലകർത്താവ്. നാല് അദ്ധ്യായങ്ങളിലായി 200 സൂത്രങ്ങളാണ് യോഗഗ്രന്ഥത്തിലുള്ളത്. കർമ്മയോഗം, ഭക്തിയോഗം,രാജയോഗം, ജ്ഞാനയോഗം, ഹഠയോഗം, എന്നീ അഞ്ചു പ്രധാന യോഗങ്ങളിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന മറ്റു യോഗങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിശദീകരണങ്ങളാണ് പുസ്തകത്തിലെ പ്രതിപാദ്യവിഷയം.

Through this post we are releasing the scan of Golden Jubilee of the Apostolic Delegation of East Indies written by Leo P Kierkels and  published in the year 1934.

The Holy See’s Representation in India began with the establishment of Permanent Apostolic Delegation to the East Indies on 25 September 1884 when Pope Leo XIII appointed Archbishop Antonio Agliardi as Papal Representative. The Apostolic Delegation is Pope’s permanent mission to the local Church, without having formal diplomatic status with the hosting government. This book is written and published in commemoration with the Golden Jubilee of the Apostolic Delegation to the East Indies.

രമേശ് ചന്ദ്രദത്തൻ ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലേക്ക് പരിഭാഷപ്പെടുത്തിയ പദ്യരൂപത്തിലുള്ള വാൽമീകി രാമായണത്തിൻ്റെ ഗദ്യരൂപത്തിലുള്ള മലയാള വിവർത്തനമാണ് ഈ കൃതി. രാമായണത്തിലുള്ള അനേകം പ്രക്ഷിപ്തകഥകളെയും, അപ്രധാനങ്ങളായ ഭാഗങ്ങളെയും പ്രതിപാദിക്കാതെ രാമചരിതത്തിന് ആവശ്യമുള്ള തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ചില ഭാഗങ്ങൾ മാത്രമാണ് ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് എന്ന് രചയിതാവ് ആമുഖോപന്യാസത്തിൽ പറയുന്നു.
