After a short orientation on the situation of Christianity and the Catholic Church in particular (part I ) it proceeds to examine the personal (part II)and the apostolate carried on by this personal as a legacy of previous decades (part III), the financial resources (part IV) and the new structures needed for the implementation of the new goals (part V).
