Basically, this book is a Report of the Zakir Hussain Committee and the detailed syllabus with a forward by Mahatma Gandhi. The report is an explanation of the new system of education emphasizing manual work, moral training, and self-reliance. It is associated with Mahatma Gandhi’s concept of “Nai Talim” (Basic Education) an educational philosophy formally introduced in India around 1937–1939.

1953 – ൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച, സ്വദേശാഭിമാനി കെ. രാമകൃഷ്ണപിള്ള എഴുതിയ എൻ്റെ നാടുകടത്തൽ എന്ന പുസ്തകത്തിൻ്റെ സ്കാൻ ആണ് ഈ പോസ്റ്റിലൂടെ പങ്കു വെക്കുന്നത്.

കെ. രാമകൃഷ്ണപ്പിള്ളയുടെ ആത്മകഥാപരമായ കൃതികളിൽ ഏറെ പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ഒന്നാണ് “എൻ്റെ നാടുകടത്തൽ”. 1904-ൽ തിരുവിതാംകൂർ സർക്കാർ അദ്ദേഹത്തിനെതിരെ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച നാടുകടത്തൽ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ അനുഭവങ്ങളും പശ്ചാത്തലവും അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആത്മകഥാസ്വഭാവമുള്ള രചനയാണ് ഇത്. കേരളത്തിലെ ആദ്യകാല രാഷ്ട്രീയ പത്രപ്രവർത്തകരിൽ ഒരാളായിരുന്ന കെ. രാമകൃഷ്ണപ്പിള്ളയുടെ ദേശീയവീക്ഷണത്തെയും ജനാധിപത്യബോധത്തെയും അനാവരണം ചെയ്യുകയും, കേരളത്തിലെ ദേശീയ പ്രസ്ഥാനം, രാഷ്ട്രീയ ചരിത്രം, സാമൂഹ്യ അവസ്ഥകൾ തുടങ്ങിയ വിവരങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന കൃതിയാണിത്.
